Oct. 26, 2007 Rome, Ga. - Shorter College has launched a new athletic Web site, designed to showcase Shorter's 16 intercollegiate athletic teams and more than 400 athletes. The new online home for the Shorter College Hawks and Lady Hawks will be http://www.goshorterhawks.com. CSTV Networks, Inc., is responsible for the design and upkeep of the new site. CSTV.com is the most-trafficked college sports Web site, and its network of 215 official athletic sites for top colleges and universities (including Auburn, Florida State, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, & Vanderbilt) make it the number one online source for college sports original broadband content. CSTV.com continually provides the most in-depth coverage of all college sports and championships, including news, scores, analysis, blogs, podcasts, photo galleries, video and various multimedia features. "With the continual growth of the athletic department, it is necessary that our Web site reflect that," said Grant Kersey, Shorter's sports information director and the site's administrator. "We hope it will allow the community of Rome, the state of Georgia, and the Southeast easier access to Shorter College athletics." |
