Kansas City, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the qualifiers for the 57th Annual NAIA Men's Golf National Championship with the Shorter College team receiving an at-large bid. The tournament will be held at Indiana National Golf Club in Plymouth, Ind., May 13-16, 2008.

This year's championship will feature 28 teams, include 13 region champions, 14 at-large bids, one host berth and four individual qualifiers.

The Hawks are ranked No. 17 in the latest NAIA National poll, after taking third place in the Region XIII Championship. Last season, Shorter placed 25th in the nation with two All-American selections. One of last year's All-Americans, Alex Lantz, will be making a return trip with the Hawks.
