Josh Tucker has worked with Shorter College on a full-time basis since 2004. Tucker's primary responsibilities at Shorter include working with the Hawks and Lady Hawks' soccer teams as well as volleyball, baseball and the competitive cheerleading squad. Born in Moultrie, Ga., Tucker graduated from Berry College in 1995 with a degree in Sports Performance and Athletic Training. In 1996, Tucker began working at CAIR Rehab in Cartersville, Ga. where he treated the Adairsville football team in addition to Olympic gymnastic athletes. From 1997-2004, Tucker worked with Redmond Outpatient Rehab in Rome while taking a part-time stint with Shorter College and The Darlington School from 1998-2000 and with the Armuchee High football from 2000-2004. In 2004, Tucker began working with Floyd Sports Medicine and became a full-time trainer on the Hill. |
