Rome, Ga. - The Lady Hawks swept past Covenant by scores of 30-22, 30-18, 30-20 in a non-conference match and senior night for Shorter. It was the sixth straight win for the Lady Hawks (17-12).

Shorter seniors Jenny Mealer, Kate Puckett and Amy Marvin all had contributing roles in the win. Puckett finished with a team-high 12 kills, Mealer added 10 and Marvin had five kills, seven digs and an ace.

Kristy Walker had a team-high 34 assists and Kayla Rollins had 17 digs.

Mealer, Puckett and Marvin are all four-year starters for Shorter.
